Coach Will joined the team in 2010.  Coach Will is a NASP Basic Archery Instructor Trainer (BAIT) and a USA Archery NTS Level 2 instructor.  Coach Will spends countless hours repairing arrows and equipment for the team.  So much time that his family wishes the archers would stop breaking so many arrows so his house can stop smelling like fletching cement all winter long.  Coach Will enjoys helping archers because he sees the positive impact it has on their lives.  Coach Will has seen the sport boost the confidence and self esteem of many archers.  Seeing the smiles and excitement of accomplishment is what it is all about for Coach Will.
